This notice explains how information submitted through Wholesale AE Training forms is used, processed, and protected.

How it is used
We use submitted information to answer inquiries, review editorial material, evaluate commercial requests, administer the briefing, and operate the candidate-approved career introduction process.
Form processing
Website forms are processed through Formspree. Submissions are delivered to WAET and may be retained in the Formspree account according to the service configuration and Formspree’s own privacy terms.

A candidate’s identity, résumé, and contact information will not be shared with a recruiter or hiring company without the candidate approving that specific introduction. Candidates are never charged to submit a profile or approve an introduction.
Sharing and retention
WAET does not sell submitted personal information. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, operational records, and applicable obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted. Briefing emails will include an unsubscribe path when distribution begins.
